Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in data management, life sciences, technology, and business development within pharma/biotech, CROs, or life sciences services.
• Demonstrated success selling biometrics services (biostatistics, statistical programming, data management, analytics).
• Proven ability to close large, multi-year contracts.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Existing network within biotech/pharma biometrics organizations preferred.
• Experience with FSP, hybrid, or strategic partnership models preferred.
• Strong understanding of the clinical trial lifecycle and regulatory environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the biometrics business development strategy to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities across biotech and pharma via industry connections and internal leads.
• Drive complex deal pursuits including end-to-end and FSP models; build and manage CRM pipeline.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders across data management, biometrics, and procurement.
