Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate and integrate biotechnological methods.
Clear track record of preparing scientific findings for publication or presentation.
Experience preparing and writing technical proposals.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable information for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Oversee development of technical products that generate and analyze whole-genome sequencing data from pathogens and metagenomic samples.
Design, plan, and coordinate biological experiments for troubleshooting, performance validation, and product improvement.
Research and develop enhancements to existing products by studying components and implementing feature improvements.
Analyze biological datasets, interpret results, and refine research strategies and workflows.
Identify opportunities to refine production processes to reduce variability and improve quality.
