We’re Looking For:
A Portfolio Service Coordinator who will oversee day-to-day portfolio service operations, monitor vendor performance, and serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution. This role is responsible for ensuring service excellence and adherence to established client and vendor Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

You Bring:

You Own:
- Monitoring and analyzing portfolio performance, holdings, and transactions.
- Conducting reconciliation and quality control checks on active assignments.
- Assisting with portfolio guideline monitoring.
- Supporting client service teams by responding to portfolio‑related inquiries.
- Maintaining accurate records of portfolio activity and documentation.
- Performing general administrative and operational functions to support the Portfolio Services team.
You Drive:
- Execution: Coordinating daily workflows to meet deadlines, ensuring all portfolio activities are documented according to organizational standards, and implementing efficiency improvements.
- Results: Consistently meeting or exceeding all service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring strict compliance with client‑specific requirements.
Who You Will Work With:
Reporting to the Portfolio Service Manager, this role will collaborate with client service teams, internal operations groups, and external vendors on a daily basis.

Your work is performed as a Remote employee, depending on business needs and location.
Must Have’s:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proven experience in operational administration, portfolio services, or a related coordinator role.
- Strong baseline understanding of SLA management and compliance standards.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize daily workflows and meet strict operational deadlines.
Nice to Have’s:
- Prior experience working within automotive, wholesale, or logistics portfolio management.
- Experience assisting with process automation or system migration initiatives.
Compensation Range of Hourly: $18.00 - $18.00 USD
