OPENLANE is seeking a Title Specialist to process title work across the 51 U.S. jurisdictions, ensuring SLA and PAR quality standards. You will engage with customers and manage title and registration tasks, affidavits, and related documentary handling.

Our Title Specialist conduct title service processing with the purpose of ensuring all client service level agreements (SLA’s) and PAR quality standards are met. The Title Specialist must become proficient and gain the client confidence in the areas of customer service, 50 state titling process, recovery affidavits, and communications with the auctions.
