Job summary

Windsor Hospitality, based in Santa Monica, seeks a dynamic Corporate Director of Sales to lead the portfolio’s sales strategy across nine full-service hotels. This senior role partners with GMs, Revenue, and Marketing to maximize group, corporate transient, and catering revenue while coaching high-performing sales teams.

The role requires hands-on leadership in strategy, boardroom presentation, and on-property talent development, with regular travel to properties across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of progressive hotel sales experience, with at least 3 years in a multi-property or corporate-level sales leadership role.
• Deep expertise in corporate accounts, group sales, and catering/event revenue.
• Strong fluency in revenue management concepts (RevPAR, ADR, pace reports).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a portfolio-wide sales strategy aligned with annual revenue objectives.
• Set annual group, corporate transient, and catering revenue goals with GMs and Revenue Management.
• Lead brand-level relationships with national/regional accounts and oversee RFP processes across nine properties.
• Coach and develop Directors of Sales and sales teams; conduct regular performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management on pricing, channel mix, and forecast alignment.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly sales performance reports for executive leadership.
