Job summary

Windsor Hospitality, at Embassy Suites Arcadia, seeks a driven Group Sales Manager to grow our revenue across designated markets. You will own prospecting, develop proposals, and close contracts in collaboration with the Director of Sales, traveling to client sites and trade shows as needed.

We value relationship builders who can craft compelling presentations, manage a robust pipeline, and work well with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record meeting sales targets.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and nationally.

Responsibilities

• Meet assigned sales, revenue, and solicitation call goals for designated market segments.
• Develop and execute business plans; conduct proactive outreach via phone, email, site tours, and client visits.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline; document all client interactions in the sales management system.
• Prepare and present personalized, creative proposals; negotiate and execute contracts with DOS approval.
• Attend trade shows and market events locally and nationally; create pre- and post-trip reports.
• Travel locally for outside sales calls and competitive market review.
