LHH in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations across a growing commercial portfolio. You will cultivate tenant and owner relationships, oversee budgets and CAM reconciliations, and drive property financial performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial property management, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with urgency while coordinating with senior leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Experience managing a commercial portfolio.
• Strong budgets, reporting, and CAM reconciliations.
• Strong tenant and vendor relationship-management skills.
• Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and with urgency.
• Comfortable working with senior leadership and clients.
• Adaptable to learning new technology and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across a commercial property portfolio
• Build relationships with tenants, ownership, asset managers, and vendors
• Prepare and review budgets, financial reports, and CAM reconciliations
• Oversee lease administration, rent collections, and property financial performance
• Coordinate tenant improvements and capital projects
• Conduct property inspections and oversee maintenance needs
• Bid, negotiate, and manage vendor/service contracts
• Manage multiple properties, deadlines, and competing priorities
• Communicate directly with senior leadership and client stakeholders
