Job summary

Siri InfoSolutions Inc in Jersey City, NJ seeks a Portfolio Project Manager to own the CXO consolidated portfolio, aligning initiatives with strategy, funding, capacity, and delivery commitments.

You will partner with senior leadership to shape priorities, track actions, manage budgets and forecasts, and produce concise executive dashboards. The role requires deep experience across PMO governance and multiple delivery methods in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in portfolio management, program management, PMO, or technology governance, preferably in Banking/Financial Services.
• Proven experience managing a CxO-level portfolio across multiple programs, projects, and technology workstreams.
• Strong financial management skills: planning, budgeting, forecasting, actuals, accruals, variance analysis, and cost optimization.
• Experience maintaining an integrated portfolio view of scope, investment, milestones, risks, dependencies, resources, and outcomes.
• Ability to translate executive priorities into actionable portfolio plans and recommend funding, capacity, and sequencing trade-offs.
• Strong portfolio governance, risk management, executive reporting, and escalation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the CxO's consolidated portfolio, aligning initiatives with strategy, priorities, funding, capacity, and delivery commitments.
• Partner with the CxO and senior leadership to shape priorities, support decisions, and track agreed actions.
• Manage portfolio finances, including budgets, forecasts, actuals, accruals, variances, and cost optimization.
• Lead governance forums covering portfolio health, prioritization, financials, risks, dependencies, and executive decisions.
• Provide clear portfolio reporting on delivery, financial position, risks, resource constraints, outcomes, and required actions.
• Coordinate across program, finance, technology, business, risk, control, and vendor teams to validate data and resolve issues.
• Drive initiative prioritization and trade-off recommendations based on strategic value, funding, capacity, risk, and readiness.
• Standardize portfolio practices and prepare concise executive dashboards, presentations, and briefing materials.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
