Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in the United States (New Jersey) seeks an experienced portfolio leader to own the CxO consolidated portfolio, aligning initiatives with strategy, funding, capacity, and delivery commitments.

You will partner with senior leadership to shape priorities, track actions, and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization, while leading governance forums and delivering concise executive dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in portfolio management, program management, PMO, or technology governance.
• Experience managing a CxO-level portfolio across multiple programs and technology workstreams.
• Strong financial management skills covering planning, budgeting, forecasting, actuals, accruals, variance analysis, and cost optimization.
• Experience maintaining an integrated portfolio view of scope, investment, milestones, risks, dependencies, resources, and outcomes.
• Ability to translate executive priorities into actionable portfolio plans and recommend funding, capacity, and sequencing trade-offs.
• Strong portfolio governance, risk management, executive reporting, and escalation capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across Technology, Business, Finance, Risk, and Operations.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive accountability in a fast-paced global environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Own the CxO's consolidated portfolio, aligning initiatives with strategy, priorities, funding, capacity, and delivery commitments.
• Partner with the CxO and senior leadership to shape priorities, support decisions, and track agreed actions.
• Manage portfolio finances, including budgets, forecasts, actuals, accruals, variances, and cost optimization.
• Lead governance forums covering portfolio health, prioritization, financials, risks, dependencies, and executive decisions.
• Provide clear portfolio reporting on delivery, financial position, risks, resource constraints, outcomes, and required actions.
• Coordinate across program, finance, technology, business, risk, control, and vendor teams to validate data and resolve issues.
• Drive initiative prioritization and trade-off recommendations based on strategic value, funding, capacity, risk, and readiness.
• Standardize portfolio practices and prepare concise executive dashboards, presentations, and briefing materials.

Salary Range

Salary Range: $140,000 to $170,000 per year
