Job Role: Program Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technology Business Manager to support senior technology leadership by driving operational excellence, resource management, financial governance, vendor management, and risk/compliance initiatives. The role will work closely with CTO leadership, business managers, project managers, and cross-functional technology teams to ensure effective planning, forecasting, reporting, governance, and execution of strategic priorities. The ideal candidate will have strong program management, stakeholder management, financial tracking, and organizational governance experience within a large enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:

• Leads communication, coordination and connectivity across the leadership team
• Partners with peers and control partners to ensure strong engagement and adherence to risk management and operational risk policies and processes
• Drives the successful execution of team events and routines, including logistics, communications and gathering feedback
• Develops comprehensive plans around key organizational priorities and ensures all accountable parties understand respective roles/responsibilities
• Partners with reporting and analytics team to ensure accurate reporting while seeking opportunities to reduce manual processes
• Assists senior executive and team with a full range of engagements, including process improvement and project initiatives
• Provides oversight of key deliverables and validates accurate and timely completion
• Focus of role is on headcount, resource and vendor management (invoice processing) as well as operational risk tracking and audit progress/application status tracking/organizational best practices/general portfolio requests
• Works directly with the existing business management team to build reports and manage supporting functions of the financials for the CTO
• Works directly with other functional and development managers in the technology organization on resource allocations/forecast
• Works directly with key currencies business resources to address project, program and audit information needs Responsibilities
• Interactions on a daily basis with all levels of the organization, reviewing and gaining feedback on Resource changes, on-boarding, off-boarding, reporting and metrics as well as reconciliation with central GMRT team reports
• General ad-hoc requests as needed for executive level meetings, business presentations, corporate communications, etc.
• Organizational metrics - Capture key project metrics and information for executive level reporting including financial forecast vs. actual
• Resource plans (forecast vs. actual)
• Quarterly business/organizational reviews (headcount ratios, hiring status, financials, etc.)
• Resource management (hiring requests and approvals, forecasting, on-boarding, mandatory training tracking, contract/contractor management)
• Vendor management (forecasting/run-rates for SOWs, invoices and contractors)
• Operational Risk Management Compliance coordination (mandatory training, etc.)
• Act as coordinator between corporate governance team and the project managers to ensure alignment in the usage of the internal tools used to track cross-LOB programs within Global Technology and Operations
• Work with the PMs on developing their forecasts (resources, budget)
