This role will report to the Senior Collections & Onboarding Specialist and will be in our Cincinnati office.* Assist on cross-functional projects with accounting to standardize data* Improve cross-departmental processes for data organization* Update policies and procedures manuals for collections and default teams* Monitor and assign help desk tickets* Organize and update tenant contact information across the company* Coordinate distribution of default notices to tenants# **What you'll learn:**Throughout the internship term this role provides the student with the following:* Exposure to all properties/funds within the regional portfolio management teams* Learn or further develop the process of documenting work performed on projects and communicating effectively with supervisors and company personnel* Further develop skills required to interact with other professionals at varying levels of the company* Further develop time management skills and the ability to be responsible for more than one project at a time# **What we're looking for:*** A current university student enrolled in a degree seeking program with a minimum GPA of 3.0* Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, the ability to interact with a variety of groups internally and externally, including senior leaders* Ability to work independently, with direction and guidance, and on a team (as needed)* Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to balance multiple priorities at onceWith consistent recognition as one of, PECO's success as one of the nation's largest owners and operators of grocery-anchored shopping centers is driven by a strong employee culture and a small company feel.
