Job summary

Indigo Real Estate Services is seeking an experienced on-site portfolio manager responsible for maintaining asset integrity and maximizing returns across multiple communities. You will oversee regulatory compliance relating to financing and the owner's mission while supervising and developing staff within the management portfolio.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a solid understanding of financial statements and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience at on-site and supervisory levels, including multi-site responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Self-motivated and self-directed with excellent communication.
• Experience interpreting financial statements and preparing budgets.
• Preferred Affordable Housing experience and knowledge of related regulations.
• Working knowledge of property management software and Fair Housing/ADA legislation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain asset integrity and maximize returns across the portfolio.
• Oversee regulatory compliance related to financing and the owner's mission.
• Supervise, train, and develop staff within the management portfolio.
