Job summary

DoubleLine Group LP is seeking a Portfolio Administration Analyst to support portfolio administration, client reporting, and performance. You will oversee portfolio accounting data, support global custody operations, and act as a control point within the investment operations lifecycle to resolve data and reporting issues.

The role requires strong data analysis skills, familiarity with investment operations workflows, and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Python, and SQL.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, investigate discrepancies and drive issues to resolution.
Ability to quickly learn investment operations workflows and service-provider relationships.
Microsoft 365 proficiency required.
Interest in using data, automation and AI to improve processes.
Basic knowledge of fixed income instruments preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee outsourced middle office service provider data accuracy, processes and risk.
Support process improvement, automation, data quality, and efficiency initiatives.
Assist in setting up and maintaining global custody accounts and tax documents.
Coordinate with custodians and fund administrators for connectivity and communication with middle office.
Lead and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to align objectives.
Research daily data discrepancies and perform root cause analysis; propose improvements.
Review and resolve cash and asset reconciliation breaks with internal teams, custodians, or fund administrators.
Develop and maintain operational procedures, reports and documentation.
