Job summary

DoubleLine Group LP is seeking a Data Management Analyst to ensure accuracy and availability of security reference data across firm systems. You will maintain data quality, investigate discrepancies, and partner with internal teams and external vendors to improve coverage and processes.

Candidates should have strong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills, plus experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, and Bloomberg. The role emphasizes data governance, automation, and risk reduction within investment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of investment operations experience with security reference data or fixed income preferred.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills; Power BI, SQL, Python, Bloomberg, or similar tools are a plus.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets, investigate discrepancies, and drive issues to resolution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and validate security reference data across DoubleLine systems.
• Monitor data quality, investigate exceptions, and resolve discrepancies.
• Partner with portfolio management, trading, risk, compliance, and client reporting teams to support data initiatives.
• Oversee relationships with external data vendors and resolve data discrepancies.
• Analyze recurring data issues and implement sustainable solutions to reduce risk.
• Support automation, governance, and data-related process improvements.
• Develop and maintain procedures and documentation for data standards.
