Job summary

DoubleLine Group LP is seeking a Client Reporting Analyst in Los Angeles to develop and deliver standard and customized reporting for separate accounts and sub-advised clients. You will leverage Power BI, Python, and SQL to automate reporting, support performance validation, and ensure accuracy across client portfolios.

The role partners across teams to enhance reporting processes, maintain GIPS compliance if needed, and serve as a backup to the Performance Specialist.

Qualifications

• Experience with client reporting, performance measurement, portfolio administration, and/or fund accounting in investment management preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel required.
• Experience with data, reporting, and automation tools such as Power BI, Python, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Produce and validate standard and custom reporting for DoubleLine clients and investors.
• Develop and implement new reports based on client requirements.
• Support performance reporting, daily validation, and related functions.
• Automate reporting processes with data, technology, and AI where applicable.
• Coordinate with IT to advance automation initiatives and maintain processes.
