Job summary

DoubleLine, LP is seeking a Client Reporting Analyst in Los Angeles, CA. You will develop and deliver standard and customized reporting for separate accounts and sub-advised clients, acting as a backup to the Performance Specialist and supporting GIPS compliance where needed.

You will use MS Excel, Power BI, Python, and SQL to automate and improve reporting processes, coordinate with IT, and handle ad hoc client requests while maintaining thorough documentation. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Experience with client reporting and performance measurement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce and validate standard and custom client reports.
• Develop new reports based on client requirements.
• Support performance reporting and daily validation as a backup to the Performance Specialist.
• Automate reporting processes using data, tools, and AI where applicable.
• Coordinate with IT to drive reporting automation initiatives.
• Handle ad hoc client requests and maintain documentation.
