You will lead ETL workflows, build dashboards, and automate reporting using SQL, Python, and BI tools while collaborating across operations, technology, finance, and compliance.

The role emphasizes process improvement, data transformation, and agile project management to deliver high-quality results in a complex financial environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in listed fields plus three years of experience in data operations, software development, or related occupation.
• Alternative: Bachelor's degree plus five years of experience in related occupation.
• Two years of experience with ETL, data cleansing, transformation, and centralization from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and lead data-driven projects with metrics and insights.
• Perform in-depth data analysis including root cause assessments and data mapping.
• Support process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Enhance data management using BI tools and advanced analytics including AI/ML/NLP.
• Collaborate with operations, technology, middle office, finance, compliance, and controls.
• Transform processes by automating manual tasks and reducing exceptions.
• Apply Agile project management to plan, execute, and monitor deliverables.
• Foster continuous improvement with a diverse backlog of work.
