• Partner with investment professionals to drive seamless deal execution.
• Oversee daily cash management and liquidity operations.
• Lead daily cash and position reconciliations across internal systems.
• Maintain critical investment data within OMS and IBOR platforms.
• Deliver high-impact reporting and process improvement initiatives.

Job description

• Own critical aspects of the trade lifecycle across both private and liquid investments, supporting complex transactions from execution through settlement across a diverse multi-asset portfolio.
• Partner directly with investment professionals, fund management, tax, treasury, and external counterparties to drive seamless deal execution, including wire activity, FX hedging, KYC coordination, and global bank account onboarding.
• Oversee daily cash management and liquidity operations, ensuring efficient funding, accurate wire processing, and optimal cash positioning in a fast-moving investment environment.
• Lead daily cash and position reconciliations across internal systems and counterparties, proactively identifying and resolving breaks to maintain operational accuracy and control.
• Maintain and enhance critical investment data within OMS and IBOR platforms, supporting portfolio integrity, reporting accuracy, and scalable operational infrastructure.
• Deliver high-impact reporting, corporate action support, and process improvement initiatives while helping modernize operational workflows, automation capabilities, and technology-driven trade support functions.
