IES Safety, LLC is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee cradle-to-grave safety and industrial hygiene projects across Louisville Metro and Southern Indiana. The role serves as the primary operations contact for assigned clients, ensuring projects are properly scoped, staffed, mobilized, executed, documented, billed, and completed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety, health, or related field; equivalent combinations considered.
• CSP® or CIH® certification preferred.
• Strong PM, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects and budgets.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsabilités

• Manage client accounts and projects from request through closeout in Louisville Metro and Southern Indiana.
• Oversee safety, industrial hygiene, emergency response, training projects including scoping, staffing, scheduling, and invoicing support.
• Coordinate resources: personnel, equipment, PPE, travel, and scheduling.
• Monitor staffing, expenses, billing, scope, and profitability; resolve issues.
• Maintain communication with clients and field personnel; conduct site visits.
• Forecast client needs to support staffing and resource planning.
• Develop client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Provide management with project status, forecasts, and financial performance.
