Position Purpose:

The Portfolio Manager will perform various analytic and strategic tasks to support the function. Responsibilities include analyzing portfolio data, documentation, and processes, and consolidating this information for reporting to senior leadership. The role involves collecting, aggregating, and analyzing portfolio data (e.g., department/business area data for projects and initiatives managed by the area) across the enterprise.

• Collect, aggregate, and analyze portfolio management data using industry standards such as PMI guidelines, processes, controls, and best practices for project governance.
• Collaborate with program and portfolio managers to define reporting metrics and performance data, including financial and project-level performance.
• Prepare detailed analytic reports for review by key stakeholders.
• Lead and participate in workgroups to design and analyze portfolio management and reporting processes.
• Research and analyze leading practices for the design and implementation of portfolio management standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, or equivalent experience required. A minimum of 3 years of experience in project and program management is required. Skills in Data Sciences and Business Intelligence Reporting are essential. Some leadership experience is required. Up to 20% travel may be expected.

License/Certification:

Preferred certifications include PfMP, CAPM, PMP, CGEIT, CISA, or Data Sciences Certification.

Pay Range: $86,000 - $154,700 per year.

Actual pay will be adjusted based on skills, experience, education, and other factors. Total compensation may include additional incentives.
