Full Time; DAYS 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST; Monday - Friday (Contract Position)

The majority of our programs operate on Pacific Standard Time, must live on the west coast in the PST

Expected starting wage range is $24 - $30 /hour

Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator performs a wide variety of activities to support the end-to-end recruitment process. Serving as an integral partner to the Talent Acquisition team in facilitating recruitment activities and building candidate relationships, the TA Coordinator provides administrative and logistical support throughout the hiring process by direct interaction with the hiring managers, vendors, and candidates. In addition to supporting the Talent Acquisition process through pre- and post-hire activities, this position provides support and assistance to the recruiters with interview scheduling and hiring events.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Associate degree, or HS Diploma or GED and equivalent work experience in supporting a talent acquisition team.
  • Two (2) years of administrative support experience in recruitment or related area
  • Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience using HRIS systems.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, a valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance are required at the time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual, or local requirements may apply.

Preferred:

  • Experience with UKG
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Demonstrate the Telecare mission, purpose, values, and beliefs in everyday language and contact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and complete all pre-employment screening processes individually or in collaboration with vendors, including reference and background checks, health screening, and licensure/degree/certification verifications.
  • Support recruiters with drafting offer letters.
  • Serve as a liaison with internal and external candidates on pre-employment matters.
  • Adhere to policies, procedures, quality assurance, and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.
  • Communicate orientation instructions to new employees and programs.
  • Attend meetings as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or modified by management.
SKILLS
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to use HRIS systems, preferably UKG.

The physical demands are representative of those required to perform the essential functions of this job, including walking, standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, lifting (up to 25 pounds), wrist movements, and sitting.
