Full Time; DAYS 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST; Monday - Friday (Contract Position)
The majority of our programs operate on Pacific Standard Time, must live on the west coast in the PST
Expected starting wage range is $24 - $30 /hour
Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator performs a wide variety of activities to support the end-to-end recruitment process. Serving as an integral partner to the Talent Acquisition team in facilitating recruitment activities and building candidate relationships, the TA Coordinator provides administrative and logistical support throughout the hiring process by direct interaction with the hiring managers, vendors, and candidates. In addition to supporting the Talent Acquisition process through pre- and post-hire activities, this position provides support and assistance to the recruiters with interview scheduling and hiring events.
