• Lead IMO governance, strategies, and portfolio governance across integrations.
• Provide executive visibility into portfolio performance, risks, and changes.
• Develop team capabilities and drive process improvements in governance, reporting, and analytics.
• Balance mandatory integration work with discretionary improvement initiatives.
• Partner with executives and stakeholders to optimize capacity and delivery.
