Job summary

Gallagher in Rolling Meadows, IL is seeking an Integration Portfolio Manager to lead the IMO governance and drive continuous improvement across an acquisition portfolio.

You will partner with executives and program managers to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, optimize resource allocation, and deliver value through standardized governance, analytics, and reporting. The role requires strong leadership and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 6 years prior relevant experience.
• Experience with portfolio management, governance, and PMO/IMO leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IMO governance, reporting, and analytics.
• Develop governance standards, SOPs, and templates.
• Guide portfolio planning, risk management, and capacity planning.
• Coach Program Managers and IMO staff.
• Provide executive visibility into portfolio performance.
