Solventum in the United States is seeking a Manager of Portfolio Execution to lead acquisition integration planning and separation initiatives across global functions. This role emphasizes governance, program management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive value creation and seamless transitions.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, IT, HR and other functions, track milestones, prepare governance materials, and support TSAs and divestitures.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in health care or adjacent industries.
• Advanced degree (MBA) or equivalent business experience preferred.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional, global projects in a corporate development or transformation setting.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate acquisition integration planning and execution across functional teams.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies and issues; escalate as needed.
• Support governance processes, steering committees and executive updates.
• Facilitate separation planning, TSAs and divestiture activities with cross-functional partners.
• Prepare materials for governance reviews and post-mortems to improve playbooks.
