Job summary

LabConnect seeks a Portfolio Manager to oversee a defined portfolio of studies, ensuring delivery quality and alignment across projects. You will coordinate with Project Managers, functional leaders, and client stakeholders to maintain delivery stability.

You will lead governance, track KPIs, and drive risk mitigation while partnering with business development to meet client needs and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in clinical research, central laboratory operations, portfolio/program management, or related field.
• Experience in customer service and client relationship management is required.
• Experience interpreting KPIs and operational performance data is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment and consistency across all active and upcoming studies for assigned client portfolios.
• Develop and maintain portfolio level tools, templates, dashboards, governance materials.
• Track and analyze service delivery of KPIs; identify trends and collaborate on improvement plans.
• Lead governance meetings with clients to review KPIs, risks, and opportunities for growth.
• Monitor quality, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resources across each portfolio.
• Oversee communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Partner with business development from bid defense through long-term account strategy.
