Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred).
• Master's degree in related field (preferred).
• 2 years supervisory or team lead experience (required).
• 5 years clinical research experience (required).
• Clinical Research Professional Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements and manages processes for organizing workflow of research divisions and programs.
• Monitors activation of new clinical trials and accrual performance.
• Develops relationships with sponsors and collaborators; resolves issues hindering research.
• Tracks operational metrics to influence strategy and resources.
• Regularly rounds across Investigators, infusion clinic, lab, and support staff to ensure smooth information flow.
