HH Red Stone Properties is seeking a Central Leasing Manager to lead leasing strategy across our student housing portfolio in Maryland. You will drive pre-leasing velocity, optimize processes, and align operations, marketing, and asset management for maximum occupancy.

The role requires 3–5+ years in leasing, portfolio oversight experience, and strong analytics. Travel is 25–50% to support on-site teams, campus events, and leasing audits.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years leasing experience, student housing strongly preferred.
• Experience overseeing multiple properties or a portfolio environment.
• Advanced proficiency in property management systems.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and seasonal pre-leasing strategies aligned with academic calendars.
• Drive leasing velocity through pricing strategy coordination with asset management.
• Monitor daily/weekly leasing performance and identify underperforming assets.
• Implement corrective action plans when velocity targets are not met.
• Lead renewal strategy planning and execution.
• Track and report key leasing KPIs including traffic-to-lease conversion and renewal rates.
• Lead weekly leasing calls with property teams and standardize reporting across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with centralized marketing on campaigns and ILS optimization.
• Train on-site leasing teams on phone and tour conversion and CRM usage.
• Travel 25-50% to support on-site teams and major campus events.
