Job summary

SPM, LLC is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Manager for a student housing community. You will drive lead-to-lease success, execute marketing campaigns, and develop a high-performing team on-site.

Responsibilities include optimizing leasing processes, maintaining lease documents, building local relationships, and reporting KPIs. The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree preferred, with at least some local market knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing, leasing, or property management experience.
• Understanding of current trends in marketing and advertising.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and performance metrics.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team-oriented mindset with a drive for success.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the lead-to-lease process.
• Ensure accuracy of all lease documents.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and universities.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and rate plans.
• Track performance against leasing KPIs and improve where needed.
• Lead team recruitment, training, and retention efforts.
• Maintain in-depth market knowledge to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Uphold compliance and required training through SPM University.
