Job summary

HH Red Stone, a fast-growing property management company, is seeking a Central Leasing Manager to lead leasing strategy across our student housing portfolio. You will drive pre-leasing velocity, optimize processes, and align operations, marketing, and asset management to maximize occupancy and performance.

As a corporate, portfolio-based leader, you will oversee leasing across multiple communities, mentor on-site teams, and frequently travel 25–50% to support campus events, audits, and peak

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of leasing experience, preferably in student housing.
• Strong understanding of academic leasing cycles and pre-leasing strategy.
• Experience overseeing multiple properties or a portfolio environment.
• Advanced proficiency with property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing performance across the portfolio and develop strategy.
• Coordinate with asset management on pricing and velocity targets.
• Lead weekly leasing calls and standardize reporting across communities.
• Train and coach on-site leasing teams; participate in audits and events.

WhatYou'llDo

AstheCentralLeasingManager,you’lloverseeleasingperformanceacrosstheportfolio,includingstrategydevelopment,dataanalysis,training,andexecutionsupportforon-siteteams.You’llserveasakeyconnectorbetweencorporateleadershipandpropertyteams,ensuringconsistentleasingstandards,strongconversionoutcomes,andahigh-qualityprospectexperienceacrossallcommunities.

Travel is required to support onsite teams, conduct leasing audits, assist during peak leasing season, and participate in major marketing and campus events.
