Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is hiring a Leasing Manager to lead onsite leasing and marketing efforts for off-campus student housing. You will drive events, tours, and resident programs while guiding a leasing team to meet revenue and occupancy goals.

You will collaborate with the property manager and marketing to craft targeted campaigns, manage digital channels, and enhance the resident experience. Weekend/evening availability preferred, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leasing off-campus student housing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Some weekend and evening availability preferred.
• Strong communication that builds connection and belonging.
• Passion for helping college students find their next home.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead and develop leasing staff; assist recruiting and onboarding.
• Provide excellent customer service; represent Peak and the community.
• Plan and execute lease-up events, renewal parties, and resident programs.
• Provide property tours and address customer needs proactively.
• Lease and renew beds/apartments in-person, by phone, or online.
• Support move-ins/outs and collect deposits as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date prospect traffic and leasing data.
• Execute digital marketing using social apps to boost traffic.
