Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years across Pharmaceutical or medical device sales and Learning & Development.
• Hybrid role requiring 3 days in office in Horsham, PA or Titusville, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned workstreams end to end, coordinating SMEs and facilitators.
• Ensure content integrity and compliance in regulated life sciences.
• Provide subject-matter input to guide content decisions and portfolio implications.
• Sustain measurement strategy end to end, define metrics, and report performance.
• Drive enrollment, scheduling, and logistics for programs and cohorts.
• Maintain metadata and taxonomy integrity for reliable reporting.
• Lead workstream communications across Sales, Medical, KAM, FRM, and Marketing.
• Identify gaps and lifecycle opportunities based on performance data and field insight.
