Job summary

Pearson Enterprise is seeking a Team Manager for Portfolio Management in the Enterprise Content & Training group. You will own the portfolio strategy and lead a team translating customer priorities into scalable learning programs and content roadmaps.

You will combine market signals, workforce trends, and commercial priorities into roadmaps and investment recommendations, guiding content creation and commercialization to drive revenue and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading portfolio or content teams.
• Experience translating customer needs into scalable learning solutions.
• Experience evaluating portfolio performance and guiding growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual and quarterly portfolio roadmaps for AI literacy, leadership, and workforce transformation programs.
• Translate customer challenges and market insights into portfolio strategy and content investments.
• Plan scalable learning programs combining digital, live training, credentials, and other experiences.
• Ensure on-schedule delivery of products meeting quality standards and portfolio goals.
• Coach and develop a team of portfolio and content professionals with clear OKRs.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Tech, Operations, Delivery and external partners to shape solutions.
• Lead research on workforce and AI trends, translating insights into opportunities.
