Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Team Manager, Portfolio Management for Enterprise Content & Training to lead the development of scalable learning solutions in AI, leadership, and professional skills for enterprise customers.

You will own the portfolio strategy, guide a team of content professionals, translate customer priorities into roadmaps and investments, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and partners to drive revenue and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading teams in portfolio strategy and learning content.
• Experience translating market needs into scalable content strategies.
• Proven ability to guide portfolio investments and growth.
• 5+ years of people management with cross-functional execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Data-driven with portfolio performance metrics and revenue focus.
• Experience with enterprise learning or B2B learning environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual and quarterly portfolio roadmaps for AI literacy and workforce programs.
• Translate customer needs and market insights into strategy and investments.
• Plan scalable enterprise learning programs and journeys with digital and live formats.
• Ensure on-time delivery meeting quality and portfolio performance.
• Coach and develop a team of portfolio and content professionals.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, Operations, Delivery, and external partners.
• Lead research on workforce and AI trends to identify opportunities.
