Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual/quarterly portfolio roadmaps for AI literacy, leadership development, and workforce transformation.
• Translate market signals and customer needs into strategy, investments, and content plans.
• Plan scalable learning programs combining digital learning, live training, assessments, and credentials.
• Ensure timely delivery of products while meeting quality and performance goals.
• Coach and develop a team of portfolio and content professionals; set priorities and priorities across functions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, Operations, Delivery, and external partners to shape solutions and accelerate execution.
• Lead research on workforce trends and translate insights into portfolio opportunities.
