Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Team Manager, Portfolio Management for Enterprise Content & Training to lead scalable learning programs for AI, leadership, and professional skills in an enterprise setting.

You will translate market trends into content roadmaps, manage a team of portfolio and content professionals, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive revenue and customer outcomes. This role is remote with international scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing teams in portfolio strategy, content development, or related fields.
• Experience translating customer needs into scalable learning solutions and roadmaps.
• Experience evaluating portfolio performance to guide growth decisions.
• Experience developing portfolios for workforce transformation and AI skilling.
• 5+ years of people management across cross-functional teams.
• Strong experience using data and revenue insights to inform investments.
• Ownership of portfolio performance and growth priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual and quarterly portfolio roadmaps for enterprise learning programs.
• Translate customer challenges and market signals into portfolio strategy and content investments.
• Plan scalable learning journeys combining digital learning, live training, and credentials.
• Ensure on-schedule delivery of learning products meeting quality standards.
• Coach and develop a team of portfolio and content professionals.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, and Delivery to shape solutions.
• Lead research on AI adoption trends to create new portfolio opportunities.
