Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Team Manager, Portfolio Management for Enterprise Content & Training to lead scalable AI literacy and workforce transformation programs for enterprise clients.

You will own the portfolio strategy, guide a team of content professionals, translate customer priorities into roadmaps, and partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Technology to drive revenue and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing teams in portfolio strategy and content development.
• Experience translating customer needs and market opportunities into scalable learning solutions.
• 5+ years of people management experience across cross-functional teams.
• Strong experience developing learning portfolios for workforce transformation and AI skilling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual and quarterly portfolio roadmaps for AI literacy and workforce transformation programs.
• Translate customer challenges and market insights into portfolio strategy and content investments.
• Plan scalable enterprise learning programs combining digital learning, live training, assessments, and credentials.
• Ensure on-schedule delivery of learning products while meeting quality and portfolio goals.
• Coach and develop a team of portfolio and content professionals with clear priorities.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, Operations, and external partners to shape solutions and drive revenue.
