Job summary

EverWatch is seeking a Portfolio Lead to oversee a portfolio of technical programs, coordinating with government stakeholders, the PMO, and leadership. The role focuses on delivering mission-critical outcomes with disciplined program management and strong staffing practices.

The candidate will lead status reviews, manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and travel as needed to CONUS/OCONUS locations. A TS/SCI with poly might be required depending on program scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting federal government programs or contracts.
• Experience managing multiple task orders within a contract portfolio.
• Direct experience with government program offices and senior stakeholders.
• Experience monitoring budgets, labor utilization, and financial performance.
• Experience staffing, hiring, and personnel management activities.
• Experience coordinating training, travel, and equipment procurement.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic and operational leadership across a portfolio of technical task orders.
• Align operational priorities with strategic objectives and foster partnerships.
• Drive high-quality deliverables and trusted customer relationships.
