Job summary

EverWatch is seeking a Portfolio Lead to oversee a portfolio of technical programs, coordinating with government stakeholders, the PMO, and leadership. The role focuses on delivering mission-critical outcomes with disciplined program management and strong staffing practices.

The candidate will lead status reviews, manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and travel as needed to CONUS/OCONUS locations. A TS/SCI with poly might be required depending on program scope.

Qualifications

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience supporting federal government programs, contracts, or technical service delivery
• Experience with managing multiple task orders, projects, or service delivery teams within a contract portfolio
• Experience with working directly with government program offices and senior stakeholders
• Experience monitoring portfolio budgets, labor utilization and financial performance
• Experience with supporting staffing, hiring, and personnel management activities
• Experience with manaaging operational activities to support program execution such as training coordination, travel planning and materials and equipment procurement
• Ability to lead program status reviews, briefings, and operational coordination meetings
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced mission environment
• Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations
• TS/SCI clearance with a Polygraph
• BS degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience

Compensation at EverWatch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96.15 to $115.38 per hour. The estimate displayed represents the typical compensation range for this position and is just one component of EverWatch’s total compensation package for employees.
