You will collaborate with government stakeholders, PMO, and corporate leadership to ensure execution meets scope, cost, and schedule targets.

The role requires leading complex programs, staffing and process improvements, and strong engagement with senior officials to achieve measurable mission outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting federal government programs, contracts, or technical service delivery.
• Experience with managing multiple task orders, projects, or service delivery teams within a contract portfolio.
• Experience working directly with government program offices and senior stakeholders.
• Experience monitoring portfolio budgets, labor utilization and financial performance.
• Experience supporting staffing, hiring, and personnel management activities.
• Experience with operational activities to support program execution such as training coordination, travel planning and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic and operational leadership across a portfolio of technical task orders.
• Oversee portfolio execution across scope, cost, and schedule while meeting contract requirements.
• Build trusted customer relationships and drive high-quality deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations through staffing, processes, and cross-functional coordination.
