Job summary
RBC Wealth Management in Minneapolis is seeking a Portfolio Implementation Analyst to support UMA portfolio model management across the RBC US Wealth Management distribution channel. The role covers day-to-day planning, decision making and execution of trading processes for model portfolios, delivered both externally and internally.
You will collaborate with internal and external model providers, perform onboarding, risk monitoring, and process improvements, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of securities and financial markets experience focusing on portfolio administration or trading support.
- BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
- Series 7, 63/65 or 66 or ability to obtain licenses within timeframe.
- Experience with Envestnet or other portfolio accounting systems.
- Experience with equities, fixed income, mutual funds and ETFs.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist onboarding of internal/external model providers.
- Coordinate model portfolio changes and ensure timely processing.
- Collaborate with providers to optimize trading processes and reduce risk.
- Support day‑to‑day portfolio management and trade processing with client service.
