Job summary

RBC Wealth Management in Minneapolis seeks an Investment Production Analyst to support business development and retention by maintaining and automating marketing materials promoting investment management capabilities for US clients.

You will manage fund commentaries, pitchbooks, factsheets, source data when needed, work with Seismic, develop ad hoc PowerPoint presentations with sales and compliance, and help improve processes under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in financial services marketing or operations.
• Proficiency in working with technology and AI to improve processes and productivity.
• Great organizational skills and attention to detail within a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a project manager for assigned fund and strategy commentaries, pitchbooks, factsheets, product profiles and other existing marketing collateral, completing to a high-quality standard within guidelines and by deadline.
• Responsible for sourcing data where data is not automated for marketing materials.
• Participate in multiple, simultaneous projects and effectively communicate project status, issues, and resolutions.
• Develop and produce ad hoc custom marketing PowerPoint presentations in cooperation with sales and compliance personnel.
• Work in Seismic to support content maintenance, content management, data automation, and distribution needs.
• Develop understanding of US regulatory rules in industry to support creation and maintenance of materials.
• Support process improvement projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
