Qualifications

• BS/BA with 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; Bloomberg and FactSet familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and answer operational client and investment-team inquiries.
• Coordinate with investment teams on ad-hoc operational projects; provide portfolio analysis.
• Engage with clients, investment teams, and internal CA areas to communicate implementation of decisions.
• Contact investment managers/custodians to execute decisions and modify reporting criteria.
• Develop and maintain custom portfolio structure exhibits for client and investment-team use.
