Job summary

JPMorgan Asset Management seeks a Model Portfolio Specialist to support client advisors and promote model portfolio sales across the Central Division. You will collaborate with advisors to implement portfolios, leveraging MAS views and market insights.

You will manage numerous client interactions weekly, deliver compelling presentations, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with marketing, sales, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in investment management or portfolio management with a client-facing focus.
• Strong understanding of investment principles, asset allocation, and portfolio construction.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a territory of advisors across the Central Division of the Independent Broker Dealer Channel.
• Develop relationships with Financial Advisors engaged in model portfolio business.
• Engage with Financial Advisors over the phone, using screen share to present model portfolios.
• Become expert in Multi-Asset Solutions views, portfolio moves, rationale, and competition.
• Deliver presentations to clients and prospects highlighting portfolio benefits and performance.
• Stay informed on market trends to provide insights to client advisors and clients.
• Conduct ~20 meetings per week with FAs to drive adoption of model portfolios.
• Collaborate with advisors to deliver market and portfolio insights for adoption.
• Ensure all communications and recommendations comply with regulations and risk policies.
• Work with teams (marketing, sales, operations) to support promotion and distribution.
