Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. seeks a Solutions Portfolio Manager to own a portfolio of B2B software products and services, driving commercialization readiness, growth, and execution across a matrixed organization including Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, Enablement, and Support.

Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of Document Management and Document Intelligence offerings and leading cross-functional alignment to annual OKRs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years with demonstrated ownership of a P&L or revenue-bearing portfolio.
• Track record of growing a portfolio of products or services at or above market CAGR for 2+ years.
• Experience managing prioritization trade-offs across a multi-product portfolio under resource constraints.
• Demonstrated ability to build a business case and ROI model with quantifiable results.

Responsibilities

• Drive sub-portfolio planning, governance, and lifecycle decisions (refresh, EOL, build/buy/partner).
• Oversee sub-portfolio performance analysis and reporting, measure financial outcomes, and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure readiness of launches and protect dates; escalate risks early.
• Produce decision-ready inputs for stage gates and leadership reviews.
