Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Eight or more years of experience leading strategic initiatives in commercialization, business transformation, product management, business development, consulting, program leadership, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercialization of assigned growth opportunities from approval through launch, adoption, scaling, and transition to long-term ownership.
• Develop commercialization plans, operating models, and execution approaches that support successful market adoption and business outcomes.
• Drive alignment across business, product, channel, operations, technology, risk, and support teams to achieve initiative objectives.
• Establish success measures, monitor performance, and recommend actions to maximize growth, adoption, and business value.
• Identify and resolve risks, barriers, and dependencies that could impact commercialization success.
• Provide strategic recommendations, executive communications, and decision support to initiative sponsors and senior leadership.
• Support transition of mature initiatives to permanent business owners by establishing governance, processes, performance measures, and operational readiness.
