Job summary

Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to support high-producing advisors by preparing portfolio materials, building financial plans, and managing client interactions to deepen relationships.

You will assist with meeting preparation, data entry, and follow-ups, and handle new business paperwork, signatures, and insurance applications in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Strong math and analytical skills with good organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Assist advisor in servicing clients including preparing financial plans, conducting investment research and completing trades and transactions.
• Prepare and summarize client meetings by scheduling and confirming meetings, entering data, building agendas and summaries, and coordinating follow-ups.
• Prepare and ensure new business paperwork is submitted, obtain signatures, and coordinate with home office for insurance applications and rollovers.
• Coordinate marketing events, craft compliant documentation and manage event reimbursements.
