Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks a Portfolio Executive to lead a multi-project portfolio of utility-scale solar PV and BESS across the Midwest. You will drive profitable growth, develop high-performing teams, and strengthen customer partnerships to deliver exceptional project outcomes.

This remote-friendly role requires up to 50% travel to support project needs and drive enterprise-scale transformation. VISA sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• EPC experience with full project lifecycle responsibilities.
• Proven P&L ownership for large multi-project portfolios.
• Strong leadership of Project Management teams and mentoring ability.
• Solid understanding of contracts and negotiations with customers/subcontractors.
• Strategic thinker capable of transforming business processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.

Responsibilities

• Own full profit and loss for a multi-project portfolio, including budget and forecast.
• Oversee multiple Project Managers delivering complex PV and BESS projects.
• Cultivate long-term customer partnerships and drive repeat business.
• Lead transformation initiatives to improve delivery performance and cost competitiveness.
• Inspire change in processes and technology adoption to reduce total installed cost.
• Mentor team members and enable high-impact performance aligned with goals.
• Champion enterprise-wide collaboration and communicate capability gaps.
