Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch company, seeks a Project Manager for the Southeast portfolio to oversee utility-scale Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage, and Repowering projects from pre-construction through commissioning.

This remote role requires 25–50% travel to field sites; you will lead teams, manage scope, cost, schedule, and risk while applying Principle Based Management for safe, reliable, and profitable results.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large EPC or renewable energy projects valued in the hundreds of millions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage scope, schedule, cost and risk.
• Experience coordinating with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver safe, reliable, and profitable outcomes across scope, schedule, cost, quality, compliance, and customer expectations.
• Develop and execute project plans, forecasts, risk mitigation strategies, and phase-gate deliverables from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout.
• Apply economic thinking to evaluate cost, risk, schedule, and value tradeoffs while making timely decisions.
• Build and develop high-performing teams by setting clear expectations and coaching for contribution.
• Coordinate customers, subcontractors, vendors, utilities, consultants, and internal partners for disciplined execution.
