Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking a Portfolio Executive to lead a multi-project portfolio of utility-scale solar PV and energy storage in the Midwest. You will drive profitability, transform delivery, and develop high-performing teams while strengthening customer partnerships. This role can be based remotely within the U.S.

and requires up to 50% travel. VISA sponsorship is not available for this position.

Qualifications

• EPC project lifecycle knowledge (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning)
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility for large portfolios or business units
• Experience leading PM teams and mentoring staff
• Strong business economics, contracts and negotiations
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of time <= travel requirement described in posting

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic portfolio leadership for multi-project solar PV and BESS initiatives
• Oversee Project Managers and Senior PMs delivering complex projects
• Cultivate customer partnerships and drive repeat business and value
• Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives to improve delivery and cost competitiveness
• Mentor teams and foster talent growth while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance
