DEPCOM Power is seeking a Portfolio Executive to lead a multi-project portfolio of utility-scale solar PV and BESS across the Midwest from a remote location in the U.S. Travel up to 50% is required to support projects and business needs.

Qualifications

• EPC experience with full lifecycle understanding (engineering design through closeout).
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility for large portfolios or business units (>$100M).
• Proven leadership of Project Management teams and mentoring senior staff.
• Strong business economics, contracts, and negotiations experience with customers/subcontractors.
• Strategic thinking skills to transform processes and drive efficiency and innovation.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and portfolio leadership with full P&L responsibility for a multi-project portfolio.
• Oversee multiple Project Managers and Senior Project Managers delivering complex PV and BESS projects.
• Cultivate long-term customer partnerships and drive repeat business and mutual value.
• Lead enterprise-scale transformation initiatives to improve delivery, cost competitiveness, and customer value through new processes and technologies.
• Mentor team members, develop skills, and enable high-impact performance aligned with goals.
• Foster an environment where field teams are empowered to make decisions and drive economic thinking.
